A: Ansonborough is based in and operates out of Los Angeles, California.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on the way.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we offer international shipping. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on your location.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use that link to follow your package’s progress.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: All sales are FINAL. We do not offer refunds. however if there is quality issues with your purchase, or if garments do not fit you as intended, please reach out to us directly at info@ansonborough.de for possible exchanges or store credit.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: We process orders quickly, so if you need to make changes, please email us as soon as possible. Once the order has shipped, changes cannot be made.
Q: Do you restock items?
A: Some of our pieces are limited in production, but others may be restocked depending on demand. Follow us on Instagram or subscribe to our newsletter for updates.
Q: How do I know what size to order?
A: Ansonborough, FFM Concepts, & Etiquette Noire garments are generally an “oversized” fit, but we cannot gurantee any best-practice sizing . If you're unsure, feel free to email us with questions and we’ll be happy to assist with dimensions & product specifics.
Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive a separate notification once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping
We ship throughout the United States using standard and expedited shipping options. Delivery time varies depending on your location and selected shipping method.
International Shipping
Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations — these are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking info to become active.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery windows, unforeseen delays with carriers or customs may occur. We are not liable for delays once your order has left our facility.
